Built by operators,
for the people who carry the risk.

Pantheos Forge is an agentic-AI studio. We build production AI agents — two of our own, Apophis and Janus, are in the field — and we build, resell, and deploy them for teams that need software that works outside a demo.

Evidence over assertion.

A point of view we can back with running code — because it runs in our own products first.

🔎

Proof, not claims

We don't ship claims we can't back. Apophis proves exploits and rates every finding by confidence; Janus validates an agent before it ships — or ships nothing and tells you why.

✅

A quality gate on everything

Every agent we build clears a smoke-test run and an LLM judge scoring it on a rubric. If it can't meet the bar after three automatic fix passes, it doesn't ship.

🎣

You stay in control

Autonomy isn't a loss of control. Pause, redirect, or take over a live run; deploy in your own environment, and fully in-boundary for regulated work.

We hold our agents
to the bar we had to clear.

Joseph Darling
Joseph Darling Co-founder & CEO

I've spent my career building and running companies — as CEO, COO, and CFO across semiconductors, healthcare, network infrastructure, and managed security services. Five years ago I founded a network infrastructure company that has doubled every year since. As a past MSSP operator, I lived the pain of expensive, slow penetration testing. Pantheos Forge is the answer: AI-forged tools that put offensive security within reach of every organization.

Leland Flynn
Leland Flynn Co-founder & CTO

I'm a SecOps engineer with over 20 years in tech. From healthcare to food service, academia to industrial, I've built, hacked, and secured networks in almost every corner of the industry. That range has honed my intuition, stretched my creativity, and focused my knowledge. I'm proud to bring all of it together at Pantheos Forge, building the tools and services I've always wanted.

Every name is
a job description.

We name what we forge for the figure that fits it.

Apophis

Egyptian · serpent of chaos

The adversary of order, the force that tests every defense. The right namesake for an agent that thinks like an attacker and proves where you'd actually break.

Janus

Roman · god of thresholds

The two-faced god of doorways and beginnings, who looks both ways at once. Fitting for an agent that stands between a plain-language brief and a finished, shipped agent.

Ogun

Yoruba · god of the forge

The orisha of iron, war, and craft — patron of every smith who works metal into tools and weapons. The namesake for the local model we forge in-house to arm our own agents.

… and the agents they build

named to fit their purpose

Janus names each agent it builds for a mythological figure matched to its job — Forseti, god of justice, for a contract-risk reviewer; Cassandra, the seer, for market intelligence.
